We were so excited to sit down with Laura Jane when she and Dylan got engaged last year. LJ is a friend of ours from college, and she signed on to be one of our very first Wedding Belles clients. LJ and Dylan were married at the breathtaking White Oaks Barn in Dahlonega, GA. They started their life together on a perfect June day filled with personal, rustic details.
Dylan is a talented artist and painted original watercolors for their ceremony programs.
You couldn’t ask for a more serene setting that the rolling hills of Dahlonega behind a short, sweet ceremony led by Laura Jane’s uncle.
Talk about the perfect place for memorable wedding photos. We loved that Laura Jane let her bridesmaids choose their soft peach dresses to fit their personalities.
Friends and family put together the centerpieces for the reception complimented by milk glass vases and peaches.
The reception in the barn had many great DIY touches including this adorable basket for cards.
Instead of cake, Laura Jane and Dylan chose to serve pie in several delicious flavors. I may have eaten a piece of leftover strawberry rhubarb at the end of the night.
Thank you Laura Jane and Dylan for letting us be a part of you beautiful barn wedding! We wish you so much happiness in your new life together in Boston.
