Kathryn and John knew exactly what they were looking for in their dream day – a beautiful, sophisticated, elegant wedding with a reception that would have everyone on the dance floor! From their choice of location, to the gorgeous reception table decor, the couple left no stone unturned and provided their guests with that wow factor they were hoping for.
Kathryn and John held their ceremony and reception at the W Atlanta Buckhead. With its unique modern country-club design, the hotel provided the perfect setting for photos of this wonderful couple.
The couple had their first look in Whiskey Blue, the bar on the 12th floor of the hotel. With views of the Buckhead skyline, the couple exchanged gifts as they discussed their excitement for the day ahead.
We loved Kathryn’s focus on details, especially her bracelet featuring her wedding date. What a fun way to highlight an incredible day!
When we began discussing flowers, Kathryn decided she wanted brooches included in her bouquet. With brooches from family members placed throughout, her bouquet featured cream vendela roses and white hydrangea wrapped in an ivory satin ribbon. Kathryn continued her theme with dazzling gold and rhinestone brooches cascading down her cake, which was placed on a stunning champagne corsage linen.
The color scheme shone through the reception decor as guests were seated at tables featuring delicate gold linens, deep gold chargers, black napkins with gold napkin rings, and gold chivari chairs with black cushions. Uplighting around the edges of the ballroom provided the perfect finishing touch.
With a photobooth, glowsticks to elevate the party on the dance floor, macaroons as favors, and a sparkler send-off, Kathryn and John created the perfect atmosphere for a memorable evening.
We were thrilled to be a party of Kathryn and John’s wedding day and wish them all the best!

It was a magical night. For our only daughter, this was her Cinderella wedding. Everything was beautiful, from beginning til end. It was truly a fairytale wedding. She married her prince. Perfection.
